Summer has swept by me so fast my poor blog has been neglected for weeks. Now that the cooler weather is here the kids are back in school and things are starting to slow down. Hopefully I'll be able to post more regularly. Here are just a few things I've been up to the past month or so.

Summer in Haliburton County!

Two Spunky Girls!

Last evening I had the pleasure of meeting the M family at their home in Cobokonk. Miss D and Miss C are two of the most spunky girls you could ever meet! They made the session a whole lot of fun!! I don't think they stopped moving for more than a split second the entire time we were together. The beautiful property had lots of wonderful spots for photographs including a tire swing which the girls had daddy push them on. I have never seen kids fly so high on a swing and they loved it!! After their session the girls were off to the Woodville fair for roller-coaster rides and cotton candy, I on the other hand went home for a nap!!

Cottage Time!!

I spent a lovely evening last week with this gorgeous family at their cottage on Kennisis Lake. Little Miss A and Mr. E were simply adorable! Mr. E didn't want anything to do with the camera much of the time and who could blame him! When you are two years old and it's a beautiful summer evening at the lake there is so much fun to be had - friends to visit, toys to play with, bonfires to be lit! We did however manage to get a few shots of those beautiful big brown eyes of his! Thanks for an enjoyable evening Y family it was lovely to meet you.
